Applause for RECENDT!

A strong signal was sent by the main owners of RECENDT on 14.12.2021: On behalf of the Federal State of Upper Austria and in appreciation of the unique core competencies for industry as well as the know-how transfer to medical technology, the UAR has consolidated the ownership structure.

In the process, former minority shares were taken up and, together with the co-owner JKU, RECENDT's equity capital was increased by almost EUR 1 million. With such a tailwind, a further intensification of the strong scientific integration with institutes of the JKU - and, very importantly, a further dynamic expansion of the strategic focus on industrial cooperation is being driven forward.
