Netzwerk ZfP 2026 in Linz

Current technologies, practical applications and plenty of opportunities for professional exchange: On September 24, 2026, the “Netzwerk ZfP” conference took place at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Linz. Together with the Austrian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ÖGfZP), RECENDT invited experts from industry, research and testing to discuss current developments in non-destructive testing.

The event already started the evening before with a Come 2Gether at Tante Kaethe in Linz. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants had the chance to meet, strengthen existing contacts, and make new connections within the NDT community.

On the conference day, participants enjoyed a varied presentation program. The topics included terahertz technology, laser ultrasound, eddy current testing, structural monitoring, automation, robotics, drones, thermography and artificial intelligence. The conference showed the wide range of modern non-destructive testing methods and their growing importance for industrial applications.

The presentations were complemented by a technical exhibition, where companies presented current testing equipment, technologies and solutions. The exhibition also offered many opportunities for personal discussions, product demonstrations and exchange about real challenges from the industrial practice.

The conference once again showed how important the continuous exchange between research, technology providers and industrial users is for the further development of non-destructive testing.

Many thanks to all speakers, exhibitors, partners and participants for the successful event and the inspiring exchange!
