RECENDT awarded with the Advancement of Women Prize

Yesterday, Jessica Orel received a wonderful award on behalf of RECENDT: the Upper Austrian Advancement of Women Prize (OÖ Landespreis 2025 - Starke Frauen. Starkes Land.).
Our project “Life-stage-oriented work” received an award.

The certificate was presented by Upper Austria's Deputy Governor and Regional Minister for Women's Affairs Christine Haberlander and by Irene Moser (KOMPASS Kompetenzzentrum für Karenz und Karriere).

We are delighted about this wonderful recognition of our commitment to equality in practice!

RECENDT promotes equal opportunities through a life-stage-oriented human resources policy: flexible working models, individual return-to-work concepts, and targeted career development enable women—including those in management positions—to balance family and career.
In this way, we create an innovative, diverse working environment with real opportunities for development.
