State certificate "workandfamily" awarded in a ceremony in Vienna

Yesterday, we were one of 112 Austrian companies to receive the certificate "workandfamily" for our commitment to greater family friendliness at a ceremony at Palais Berg in Vienna. Federal Minister Susanne Raab has presented the award.

The certificate follows the successful completion of an internal company process in which measures for a better work-life balance were evaluated and developed. The award as a family-friendly company increases the attractiveness of the company both for its own employees and in the competition for qualified specialists when recruiting new  personnel.
