Visit of the President of the Chamber of Labour at RECENDT

On 21 January, we had the honour to welcome Andreas Stangl, the President of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labour here at RECENDT. He visited the companies in the UAR Innovation Network to get an idea of the wide range of research activities in Upper Austria.

He was accompanied by the CEO's of Upper Austrian Research GmbH and of Business Upper Austria - OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH, Dr. Wilfried Enzenhofer and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Werner Pamminger.

The tasks and research topics of RECENDT were presented by Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Clemens Hesch and Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Edgar Scherleitner (Area Manager Optics and Area Manager Acoustics respectively). Managing Director Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Peter Burgholzer particularly emphasized the role of RECENDT in the development of technologies which, by improving production conditions and product quality, ultimately contribute to securing Upper Austria as a production location and to increased occupational safety and optimal working conditions.
