At Zukunft.Mobilität 2026, the focus lay on the mobility of the future. Topics included software-defined vehicles, sustainable aviation, space and satellite technology.
The speakers shared interesting ideas about new technologies, future mobility and challenges for industry and society. The exhibition also offered many opportunities for exchange and networking.
RECENDT presented the topic of surface hardening depth in steel at the UAR Innovation Network booth. With Laser-Ultrasonics, this depth can be measured without damaging the material. This is especially important for the quality control of hardened parts in the automotive industry. Compared to traditional methods, the material does not need to be cutted or etched. Laser-Ultrasonics makes testing faster, more efficient and non-destructive.
The event showed how research, industry and technology can work together to shape the mobility of the future.
