Now it's official:
RECENDT has successfully completed the first part of the "workandfamily" audit process and is now one of the most family-friendly companies in Austria.
The audit favors an internal company process in which the existing offer is evaluated and goals and measures for the further development and optimization of family-conscious personnel policy are bindingly defined and subsequently implemented.
Over the next three years, the focus will therefore be on implementing the measures agreed with employees in workshops.
After these 3 years, a final certification or re-audit will take place.
