Goals:

The research project SMASH2 focuses on the investigation of measurement methods for the real-time determination of the H2 concentration at neuralgic points in fuel cell systems.


Robust and compact sensor principles for ultrasound, temperature and humidity measurement are to be combined into a multimodal system in order to determine the H2 concentration after appropriate signal processing by mathematical modeling from the available input parameters.
