Goals:

The COMET project We3D strives to improve the wire-based additive manufacturing (WAM) process by the development of innovative wire materials, process-, sensor-, control-technologies, software tools and new applications.

RECENDT will contribute with new NDT-methods based on Laser Ultrasound, as well as with process monitoring by acoustic emission and spectroscopic temperature sensing.
